declick audacity

So im sitting and manually removing clicks from audio in audacity, and im like man surely there is a plugin where i can search and replace mouth clicks on the audio.

so i tried this one, which is a bit old.

The rigmarole is: download plugin, install, enable, then restart Audcaity.
Only then does it appear in the effects list.

seems nope.

still not working, faster to manually remove clicks until i find a better solution.
