how to copy the folder path in finder

Moving from windows to mac is quite a shock, especially when you go from explorer which shows the file and folder path on every window in file explorer.

Then we go to mac finder, which is nice, but how do i copy the file or folder name as a path.

Well turns out its not that hard.

Just right click on the path, or if using touch pad press with two fingers on the folder.

Then when the menu is open just press the option key and there will appear a menu that you can press on to copy the path location.

Pressing the option key replaces where the Copy label is with the file name and the copy as path name.
