Install PHP without Apache on Ubuntu

I was actually about to do some coding and then i got distracted with this annoying error on vscode. I keep getting this error on vscode: I had been ignoring it, but i thought fine, ill fix it and..

apache redirect to https ssl from normal

good if you have apache and access to htaccess file to redirect requests to https version of the site. this one also includes a rewrite to index.php so if you don't need this remove the last line.

scroll-snap-align

The scroll-snap-align property specifies the box's snap position as an alignment of its snap area (as the alignment subject) within its snap container's snapport (as the alignment container). The two values specify the snapping alignment in the block axis and inline axis, respectively. If only one value is specified, the second value defaults to the same value.
